Shipping within the Contiguous United States:
FREE Economy Shipping for orders over $59:
7-10 business days + 1 business day to process
2-6 business days + 1 business day to process
Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days + 1 business day to process
Shipping within PR, AK and HI:
2-6 business days + 2-3 business day to process. Please allow additional time of delivery.
FEDEX/UPS/USPS International: 20-50 business days
My tracking information says “Shipping Label Created or Shipment information sent to FedEx” and nothing else. What does this mean?
This means that the postal carrier has not scanned your package into their system yet. Sometimes this happens when the carrier hub is really backed up. Hold tight! Your order has been shipped and it’s on its way to you.
For orders placed after 11AM Pacific Time, please add an additional business day for delivery. Shipping fees are based on actual shipping weight of product or products and the delivery address. Expedited shipping is not available for PO Box, APO or FPO and out-of-stock items. Express shipping charges are not refundable.
International orders are NOT eligible for any FREE Shipping Offers.

Adora is NOT responsible for the tax/customs/duties fees that will be collected upon delivery. All countries around the globe have different tax/duties/customs rates. Please inquire from your local post for accurate information.

The UK VAT laws that came into force on January 1, 2021 resulted in new VAT requirements for sales equal to or less than 135 GBP. Under the new laws, Adora will be collecting tax at checkout for orders equal to or less than 135 GBP. Above this amount, no tax will be collected at checkout but buyer will pay for tax at the time of delivery.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
Adora products are Made to Love and Last, 100% Guaranteed! We are so confident that you will be delighted with your purchase; we will gladly take it back within 30 days or until January 31, 2023 for Holiday Orders.
If returned in original condition and packaging, refunds will be made in the original payment method used at checkout. Adora does not refund return shipping fees and will only process a refund for the purchase price of the item. Return labels are only provided for orders which are defective. It is customer's responsibility to provide a tracking number once item has been returned. Adora is not responsible if your return got lost intransit, damaged in the delivery process or not delivered to our return address.
Adora guarantee also extends to our Adora Marketplace Shops on Amazon.com, Amazon.ca, Amazon.co.uk and Amazon.it as Paradise Galleries, and eBay as sellers "paradiseGalleriesdolls" or "happyfindings."
For items purchased from another seller in such Marketplaces, we will not be able to honor and will VOID our warranty because we can't guarantee the condition of other sellers’ dolls. We advise that you contact seller directly to gather more details on their return and refund policy.
